Catalina Weekend Getaway
Cruising at a relaxed 9.5 knots, Mauretania takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to reach Catalina. Just enough time to unwind with a drink and let your worries drift away. Once anchored, you’re free to explore: head into Avalon, launch the Whalers for snorkeling or tubing, or stay aboard and enjoy chef-prepared meals.
Catalina Day Trip
Short on time? A day trip offers a quick escape with style. Depart mid-morning, enjoy lunch and exploration in Avalon, then cruise back in the golden afternoon light. Perfect for smaller gatherings or just a taste of island life.

Yes! Up to six guests can sleep comfortably on the yacht. Others are welcome to stay ashore and come aboard for meals or events.
Meals and drinks can be provided onboard or enjoyed ashore. We’ll help plan your menu in advance. Costs are supplemental to the charter fee.
Yes! We ask that at least one steward be on hand to assist, serve, and keep the yacht clean.
We typically moor in Avalon Harbor, Descanso Bay, or the Isthmus. Other coves are possible, depending on comfort and conditions.
Guests can swim, snorkel, go ashore, or use the small boats for tubing and exploring. We can also arrange additional gear by request.
Catalina has something for everyone. Stroll the charming streets of Avalon, rent a golf cart and explore scenic overlooks, or take a glass-bottom boat tour. You can hike, shop, dine seaside, or unwind on the beach with a cocktail in hand. For the more adventurous, there’s ziplining, snorkeling, and island eco tours. Or, do nothing at all. Island time is yours to enjoy.
